Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP takes great pleasure in announcing that Timothy E. Lengkeek and Matthew B. Lunn have become partners.
Timothy Lengkeek, who joined the firm as a summer associate in 2000, represents clients injured in cases involving auto and work injuries, medical negligence and premises and products liability. He has obtained a number of seven figure settlements and verdicts and is a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Lengkeek is also on the Board of Governors and Membership Co-chair of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association.
On a pro bono basis, Mr. Lengkeek represents children in proceedings pending before the Family Court of Delaware as a volunteer attorney for the Office of Child Advocate and serves as a volunteer attorney for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services. He also counsels the Motorcycle Accident Victims Foundation ["MAV"], a non-profit charity that provides assistance to motorcyclists injured in motorcycle accidents due to no fault of their own.
Matthew Lunn joined the firm's Bankruptcy Section in 2001 and concentrates his practice on the representation of debtors in Chapter 11 proceedings. Although his practice is primarily focused on the representation of Chapter 11 debtors, he has also represented many other interested parties in some of Delaware's largest Chapter 11 cases, including bank groups, secured lenders, creditors and examiners.
Mr. Lunn's practice also incorporates restructuring troubled companies out of Chapter 11 proceedings, corporate governance for healthy and distressed companies and acquisitions.
